The Serotrim Eating Plan
The Serotrim Eating Plan is designed to feed your brain as well as your body. It contains foods that enhance brain chemicals that affect mental alertness and mood. The protein-based foods featured in the Serotrim Eating Plan will maintain brain levels of norepinephrine and dopamine, brain chemicals that act like mental adrenaline and keep you mentally alert and productive. The carbohydrate-based foods featured in the Serotrim Eating Plan ensure the production of serotonin, a brain chemical that regulates mood and eating.
The Serotrim Weight Loss Plan, provides for the eating of protein at breakfast and lunch so that your brain will be working optimally during the working hours of the day, and carbohydrates at dinner so that your mood will be relaxed and tranquil during the evening.
In addition to your meals, you will be drinking the Serotrim Appetite Control Beverage twice daily: the first, an hour before lunch and the second, during the late afternoon or an hour before dinner. The Serotrim Appetite Control Beverage contains a proprietary blend of carbohydrates that help boost brain serotonin levels quickly and effectively and increase "satiety" or a feeling of fullness. This feeling of fullness makes it easier to control portion sizes and to eliminate the temptation to snack between meals.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- The Serotrim Plan provides approximately 1800 calories for men; 350 calories for breakfast, 450 calories for lunch and 650 calories for dinner and 1400 calories for women; 250 calories for breakfast, 350 calories for lunch and 450 calories for dinner.
- You must consume two Serotrim Appetite Control Beverages each day.
- Take a vitamin -mineral supplement daily and calcium supplement (500-1000 mg).
- Don't skip meals.
- You must eat protein early in the day; men should eat 65 grams of protein prior to dinner, women should eat between 45 grams of protein prior to dinner.
- Limit the fat content to no more than 2 grams per serving of protein.
- Restaurant foods contain substantial amounts of hidden fat. Order carefully.
- Eat lots of vegetables.
- Drink A LOT of water or other non-calorie seltzer beverage. Other beverages may include broth, coffee, tea, diet sodas, and carbonated water.
- Make certain to read food labels for fat, carbohydrate and protein content
